As I sat outside during Perseids meteor shower last summer, I wondered how I could make a necklace out of such a sight. Though nothing could match the exciting bursts of light streaking across the sky in a necklace, this is my attempt to capture the dazzling show. I used Lampwork Glass (though not mine) beads, Fresh Water Pearl and Swarovski Crystal in a woven combination to bring my vision to life. The necklace is metal strung with a solid sterling silver lobster claw clasp and loop to keep it secure. Solid Sterling Ear Wires with Lampwork Glass and Onyx makes up the earrings.
