We at Sarah’s Earthstones want our clients to have a unique purchasing experience from us.  We therefore pledge to satisfy your purchase within a 7 day window of time. We will refund your purchase cost, less any shipping charges, if you are not satisfied with the jewelry you selected and if returned in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.  Please contact us before shipping item to us, we may be gone to a festival and do not forward our mail.  We always are available by email or phone, so please contact us first for shipping instructions.  We strive to send only the best to our clients, however, in the event there are defects in the creation of the jewelry, please return item and Sarah will repair, if possible, and ship it back to you at no charge.  Again, please contact us before shipping item back.

 

Using gemstones will mean natural variations in the stones that we cannot control. 

We have scanned the jewelry in the best resolution in order to represent its true nature.  This is the beauty of our world as no two stones are exactly the same.

We accept checks, Master Card, Visa, Discover, and PayPal.  You DO NOT have to have an account with PayPal to use the checkout system they have set-up.

The shopping cart gives you a choice of which credit card you want to use OR PayPal.

We do not receive or store your info, you are going to PayPal’s secure system gateway to enter your information on their website. They do not charge buyers for this service.

Shipping

Shipping is by the USPS.  Actual shipping for one necklace set is $1.50 and ranges up to $9.00, depending on the cost to insure.  All packages DO NOT  include insurance unless you request it!!  Please let me know if you want insurance and I will add the USPS rate to your shipping rate.  Currently we are shipping to U.S. addresses only.
