We will refund your purchase cost, less any shipping charges, if you are not satisfied with the jewelry you selected and if returned in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us before shipping item to us, we may be gone to a festival and do not forward our mail. We always are available by email or phone, so please contact us first for shipping instructions. We strive to send only the best to our clients, however, in the event there are defects in the creation of the jewelry, please return item and Sarah will repair, if possible, and ship it back to you at no charge. Shipping Shipping is by the USPS. Actual shipping for one necklace set is $1.50 and ranges up to $9.00, depending on the cost to insure. All packages DO NOT include insurance unless you request it!! Please let me know if you want insurance and I will add the USPS rate to your shipping rate. Currently we are shipping to U.S. addresses only. |
